ABOUT THE WORKPLACE

We are located in the heart of Stockholm, at Regeringsgatan 107, a restaurant and meeting place that has quickly become appreciated by both guests and neighbors. We are now looking for someone who wants to contribute to our continued development.

At Alecta's headquarters, Carotte has been running a restaurant and conference on the first floor for just over two years – a place where flavorful food, first-class service, and thoughtful details come together to exceed guests' expectations every day. Here, staff, tenants, passersby, and food enthusiasts from the surrounding area gather to enjoy good meals and inspiring meetings in a vibrant environment.

ABOUT THE POSITION

As serving staff, your days will be very varied and filled with new exciting meetings. With your positive energy and sense of good guest reception, you always deliver first-class service regardless of the task at hand. Your days will be filled with everything from breakfast sales to lunch service in a la carte style, making a coffee here and there, and also managing some catering in-house. Furthermore, we believe you have a joy in constantly developing and are proactive.

• Works proactively and is not afraid to pitch in where needed
• Is flexible in your work and can handle quick shifts between tasks

We see that you have a feel for guest reception, and you take pride in making guests feel well taken care of. You have a helicopter perspective and are therefore always attentive to what guests need and are proactive in your work. As a person, you radiate joy that spreads to everyone you meet. You are a skilled relationship builder who enjoys working in a team, accustomed to a fast pace, and at the same time, you are also self-driven and hands-on in your work.
