Your Mission 

As a facility technician in the Östermalm area, you will have a broad technical role where you, along with your colleagues, are responsible for the operation of our properties, which can range from lecture halls to modern laboratories. The area includes both modern facilities with cutting-edge technical standards, innovation, and sustainability, as well as older buildings from the last century where our work on development and energy efficiency is a central part. You will be responsible for operations and maintenance, handle fault reports, perform rounds, and participate in planning and execution of maintenance.

The role is practical and operational. You are often out in our properties solving tasks independently. You enjoy taking responsibility and working hands-on, while also collaborating closely with other facility technicians, technical specialists, and property managers to create value and efficiency. You will be based at KTH Campus and report to the Group Manager for Technical Operations & Services.
