Marketing Coordinator/Production Leader – Become a Key Person in Our Team

At Byggmax, we are now looking for a marketing coordinator/production leader for our marketing team in Stockholm. This is a one-year temporary position, as our current coordinator will temporarily step into another role within the team. You will be joining a tight-knit group with clear processes, smart tools, and a well-functioning handover.

Examples of Responsibilities:

• Coordinating internal/external orders and prioritizing tasks for production, campaigns, and marketing activities.
• Planning, documenting, and communicating campaign activities internally.
• Ensuring that internal deadlines are communicated and adhered to (in collaboration with the campaign manager).
• Ensuring good conditions for internal workflows and efficient production of campaign materials (in collaboration with the campaign manager).
• Receiving, distributing, and structuring orders from internal/external clients, campaign materials, and marketing activities.
• Preparing and planning campaigns and events according to the marketing plan.
• Planning and executing grand opening activities.
• Coordinating campaign production, both internal and external, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Documenting planned, ongoing, and completed campaign activities.

We Believe You:

• Have experience in a similar role, e.g., as a marketing coordinator or production leader.
• Thrive in structure, planning, and clear processes.
• Are good at collaborating, communicating, and juggling multiple tasks.
• Have an understanding of marketing, campaigns, and how messages are created and packaged.

Job Summary:

📍 Location: Head Office in Stadshagen, Kungsholmen
📅 Employment Type: Full-time, one-year temporary position with the possibility of extension

Your Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role as a marketing/campaign coordinator, marketing assistant, or similar from in-house or external agency.
• You have a very good ability to plan, prepare, and organize.
• You have a good ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships internally and externally.
• You are flexible and see solutions to problems and opportunities for improvement.
• You are a true team player who can also work independently.
• You are resilient and have a positive and solution-oriented attitude towards your tasks and life in general.
• You have experience working in Asana (planning tool) or similar systems.
