KINAB is a growing company that provides services in waste management, service, and technical maintenance for property companies, municipalities, and businesses across Sweden. We are in an expansion phase and are now building a new sales department where modern communication, digital tools, and customer dialogue are in focus.

As a Communicator / Marketing Coordinator, you will play a central and important role in developing and strengthening our communication, both internally and externally. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and management, actively contributing to shaping our visual identity, digital presence, and dialogue with customers.

The role also includes daily customer contact through ongoing dialogue via phone, chat, and email. Since you work closely with management, you will receive continuous support, guidance, and opportunities for development through natural mentorship in your daily work.

This is a broad and varied role where you will work with graphic material, text production, social media, digital sales, and customer dialogue. You will step into a phase where much is built from the ground up, giving you great freedom, responsibility, and space to influence working methods and processes.

As a Communicator / Marketing Coordinator, you will among other things:

• Develop and work in our new sales department with modern digital tools for customer dialogue and sales.
• Create graphic material (design, color schemes, illustrations, and simpler layouts).
• Publish content on social media and the website.
• Work with basic SEO and digital visibility.
• Produce texts, images, and short videos with the support of modern AI tools and communication systems.
• Maintain ongoing customer contact via phone, chat, and email.
• Work broadly and flexibly in a small but effective marketing department.

Desired Profile:

• Experience or education in communication, marketing, or graphic design.
• Good digital competence and familiarity with modern communication tools.
• Ability to express yourself clearly in text and image.
• Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Confident in customer dialogue and service.

We are looking for someone who is:

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience in SEO, web publishing, or social media (corporate level).
• Experience with graphic programs (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Figma, or similar).
• Experience creating simpler videos or AI-based image/text material.
• Experience in customer service or sales support.

Other:

Start: Immediately. Working hours: Mon-Fri 40-hour workweek (Flexible hours). Location: Tullinge. Employment form: Permanent employment with a 6-month probationary period.
