Are you service-oriented and enjoy customer contact? We are looking for a dedicated store employee to work in Ahlsell's stores in southern Stockholm, from Södertälje up to Årsta!

About the Position

In this role, you will primarily work at the cash register and assist customers with payments. You will handle the company's business system and also perform tasks such as invoice printing and order placements. In addition to cash register work, you will help in the store by restocking items, maintaining order, and answering customer inquiries.

As the face of the company, a good service attitude is crucial – every customer interaction should be characterized by professionalism and engagement.

The work takes place in Ahlsell's various stores depending on need, mainly in southern Stockholm from Södertälje up to Årsta. Therefore, it is advantageous if you have a driver's license and access to a car to easily travel between workplaces. We would like you to be available at least three days a week.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and enjoys a role with daily customer contact. Building relationships with both new and returning customers comes naturally to you. Previous experience in cash handling is advantageous but not a requirement – we offer training for the position.

You are social, outgoing, and have a good sense of numbers and administration. Standing at the cash register for an entire shift is something you see as a natural part of the job. Customer satisfaction is important to you, and you approach both customers and colleagues with professionalism and positive energy. We are also looking for someone who is meticulous, quick to learn, and thrives in an efficient work pace.

We highly value personal qualities and would like you to have a background in sports or community activities. Please share what activity you have practiced, how it has shaped you as a person, and how it can contribute to your role as a store employee.

Other Information

Start: Immediately
Scope: Part-time as needed, sometimes full-time
Availability: At least three days a week
Working Hours: Varies between 07:00–16:45 on weekdays
Location: Ahlsell's stores in southern Stockholm, from Södertälje up to Årsta
Advantageous: Driver's license and access to a car

This position is part of our staffing operations, which means you will be employed by PerformIQ but work at Ahlsell. For the right person, there are good opportunities for permanent employment.
