Myrtengården is a care and nursing home located in the heart of Bredbyn.

We are staffed around the clock with skilled and committed personnel. We have four departments and together with the unit manager and nurses, we provide care, service, and support to a total of 40 residents. Job Responsibilities

As an employee, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our residents. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life to the fullest.

Participation, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements create conditions for good quality.

Your tasks will include personal care, case management duties, as well as social and physical activities with our residents.

We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a pleasant environment for our residents.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a nursing assistant or has other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia or have a focus on psychiatry. Experience in care and nursing is an advantage.

It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and open to new ideas and methods.

For the job, sufficient knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, is required to communicate with users, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.

A valid driver's license, category B, and access to a car is not a requirement but can be an advantage due to the lack of local transport.
