The Day Care in Örnsköldsvik belongs to the Northern Primary Care area. At our clinic, we provide outpatient treatments for various patient groups within Oncology, Hematology, Gynecology, Neurology, Rheumatology, Gastroenterology, and Lung patients.

We are looking for you who are a licensed nurse or are on your way to becoming a licensed nurse by the summer of 2026. If you are interested in trying to work in day care this summer and want to further develop within the field, you are warmly welcome to submit your application. As a nurse, you will work in a team with doctors, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, social workers, and dietitians.

The introduction will be conducted by experienced nurses working in Day Care. There will be an opportunity to start the training in the spring of 2026.

The position is a full-time summer temporary position starting on 2026-06-01 or by agreement until 2026-08-16.

In this summer temporary position, you will have limited responsibilities and will only provide medical treatments and no chemotherapy.

Other responsibilities include:

• Providing information, advice, and support to patients
• Blood draws
• Administering blood products
• Scheduling patients
• Sample collection
• Care of central lines
• Telephone counseling

We are looking for someone who

• Is a nursing student and will become a licensed nurse by the summer of 2026
• Has experience in patient care
• Has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you

• Are a licensed nurse
• Have worked as a nurse with treatments
• Have additional language skills
