We are currently looking for individuals interested in starting work as a Transport Assistant to assist in our daily transport administration in Stockholm.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and adjust transport schedules

- Responsibility and reliability are important as you will work independently in this role.

- Flexibility for changes

- Transport, service, and production costs.

- You are a team player who helps and is flexible to the company's needs.

- Responsible for coordinating and leading daily operations

- Create schedules for employees

- Daily reporting to the operations manager

- Invoice management

Requirements

We are looking for someone who is reliable, structured, and social. You thrive in a leadership role and have a goal-oriented work approach. You must be proficient in English as the work environment is entirely in English.

You should find it easy to interact with people and lead groups towards set goals. We believe you have a high initiative and sense of responsibility with a strong desire to solve the tasks involved in the position. Leadership experience is highly desirable. Salary:

Fixed hourly or monthly salary according to collective agreements. Salary applies to both permanent and hourly employees. Vacation pay is provided according to collective agreements.
