As an employee in the night patrol in Borlänge municipality, you will be part of a workgroup of 27 people.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

The night patrol has 5 patrols/cars with 2 people in each car, and every night 10 people go out to assist the residents of Borlänge in their own homes.

You will work in different patrols, each with specific alarm areas and home care groups.

The job consists of regular home care tasks with predetermined visits that involve helping the user in their own home.

QUALIFICATIONS

Training as a nursing assistant and a driver's license are required, as well as very good Swedish in both spoken and written form.

Previous experience in home care and computer skills are advantageous.

It is important that you have caring qualities and that you can work with a rehabilitative approach and be patient. Your work will also include responding to alarms, so you need to be solution-focused. You should also be good at collaboration as both you and other patrols may need help from each other.

OTHER

During the interview, you as a candidate need to provide proof of citizenship in Sweden/EU/EES or a valid work residence permit.
