At the clinic in Smedjebacken, a wonderful team works with 1 clinic manager, 1 clinic coordinator, 3 dentists, and 5 dental nurses. We work daytime 40 hours/week and offer a workplace with varied and interesting tasks, where we together are responsible for dental care for children, adults, and the elderly. We value teamwork, a good atmosphere, and close collaboration. The clinic has a good partnership with the county's specialist dentists, and we use digital X-rays and the T4 data system for appointment booking, finance, and record keeping.

Job Responsibilities

As a clinic coordinator, you will have an important and varied responsibility, both administrative and organizational.

You will lead the daily operations at the clinic, and your tasks will include:

• Scheduling and vacation planning
• Introduction of new employees
• Management of health and sick leave notifications
• Material administration
• Active participation in work organization and change and quality work
• Administrative and clinical tasks within your area of expertise, with patients of all ages
• Reception work as needed

The position is a fixed-term appointment for 3 years with the possibility of permanent employment in the core profession.

Qualifications

Requirements:

• Dental nurse diploma or Licensed Dental Hygienist

Meritorious:

• Previous experience in a similar role
• Experience and/or education in administrative work and leadership
• Knowledge of T4, Heroma, and Office Suite
