Your new job

As a coordinating nursing assistant, you have a central and significant role in our units. You are a reliable point for the care staff and contribute your skills and experience to ensure the quality of care. You work closely with your colleagues in daily care and share knowledge to create safety and well-being for our elderly.

After introduction, you are expected to take responsibility for:

• Planning and structuring care interventions so that the work is clear and well-organized
• Working with schedule planning and staffing in daily operations
• Promoting citizens' individual development, participation, and influence in their daily lives
• Supporting citizens in maintaining desired and necessary contacts
• Performing health and medical tasks (delegated interventions) according to instructions from licensed personnel
• Documenting in the operational system, which involves reading and writing journal notes and signing assignments

You are well-informed about the operations and continuously collaborate with coordinators, unit managers, and licensed healthcare personnel to drive development forward. Your contribution makes a difference, both for the team and for the elderly we are here for.

Your qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a trained nursing assistant and can provide proof of a protected professional title. You have several years of solid experience in the care and nursing profession. Previous experience in staffing and schedule planning is an advantage.

For the position, it is also required that you have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written. Furthermore, you should have good computer skills and feel comfortable using digital tools for documentation, planning systems, and other systems.

To succeed in the role of coordinating nursing assistant, we are looking for a confident and responsible person with the ability to work independently and create structure in daily life. The role requires flexibility and a solution-oriented approach, while collaboration and good communication are central parts to achieve common goals. Analytical thinking and commitment to elderly care are important, as well as respectful and warm interactions with both citizens and colleagues. Welcome to us

Rosendala Elderly Center is part of the elderly care in Jönköping Municipality and is centrally located in Huskvarna, close to Lake Vättern, green areas, and the city center with good communications. The elderly home comprises 61 apartments distributed over five units, consisting of special housing and a dementia unit. For some tenants, we also offer home care services.

Good to know

The recruitment concerns a permanent position with a start date according to agreement. Full-time is the norm in Jönköping Municipality, and we always offer 100% employment.

Working hours are mainly scheduled on weekdays during the day. In the role of coordinator, work on one weekend per month is also included. You are expected to work in all units based on the needs of the operations.
