The Role of ST-Doctor

We are looking for an ST-doctor in general medicine. The position is a permanent employment at 100%, but the degree of employment can be discussed according to your wishes. Start date by agreement. For those who are going to do basic training (BT) at the beginning of their ST, a temporary employment may initially be relevant with the aim of the employment transitioning to a permanent position. If you have completed AT, we can offer you a permanent position as ST. RJL has a concept for BT that benefits both you as an employee and the workplace.

Your Future Workplace

We are looking for ST-doctors in general medicine for Bra Liv Råslätt Health Center. Here, 6 ST-doctors and 9 specialists in general medicine work. We offer you a varied and stimulating job at the district medical clinic. In August 2021, we moved into completely new premises, and we have a clinical teaching clinic (KUM) and we are now also an academic health center. As an ST-doctor, you will be employed permanently with a start date by agreement. The degree of employment can be discussed according to your wishes.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has a Swedish medical license and good knowledge of the Swedish language (at least C1 level)
• Has a driver's license
• Can work independently but also together with different professional groups
• Is engaged and responsible and understands the importance of good communication
• Is flexible and wants to develop and improve the operations together with us
• Is open to new knowledge and can serve as a knowledge resource for your colleagues
• Can adapt your work, communication, and approach based on the patient and situation
• Through good collaboration with management and colleagues, wants to contribute to creating participation and a good work environment

As an ST-doctor, your ST planning is done in collaboration between you, your supervisor, manager, and study director. With us, you will receive continuous guidance from experienced district doctors. ST-doctors in the healthcare area meet regularly with the study director. We are very proud of our ST program.
