Our client is looking for an experienced Data & AI Governance Specialist to strengthen their governance capabilities and support responsible, scalable, and innovative use of data and AI. This is a strategic and hands-on role within an international environment, offering real impact and cross-functional collaboration.

What you’ll do:

• Support governance frameworks
• Drive operational governance execution
• Collaborate with councils, business units and key stakeholders
• Align data definitions and governance processes
• Support regulatory compliance and ethical AI practices
• Contribute to training, knowledge sharing and change initiatives
• Promote adoption of data and AI governance across the organization

Who you are:

• Experienced in data governance and AI governance
• Skilled in data management principles and regulatory compliance
• Strong understanding of ethical AI and responsible AI practices
• Comfortable working both strategically and operationally
• Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration
• Analytical, structured and solution-oriented
• Able to translate strategy into actionable execution
• Familiar with Data Mesh and federated governance concepts
• Capable of applying decentralized governance in practical contexts
