Full-time Care Assistant for Nursing and Care Home

For over three hundred years, the Foundation of the Merchant's Widow's House and Old Men's Home has worked to ensure good care and support for the elderly residents of the capital. We are centrally located in Södermalm.

Duration: Permanent

Qualifications: Care assistant with a protected title from the National Board of Health and Welfare.

About the job:

We are looking for someone versatile and meticulous, a team player with good communication skills and a genuine interest in working in elderly care.

You can express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. You are attentive and present, and enjoy working independently as well as in a group.

We seek someone with a sense of quality who values good service for the guests at the nursing and care home. We have solid development opportunities for you as a Care Assistant within the nursing and care home. The position involves work in a somatic department.

About the position: We are looking for someone who wants to work days/evenings/every other weekend. The job includes regular care assistant tasks such as nursing, documentation, medication distribution, good service to the guests in the home, and being a good colleague.

We apply vacation periods during the summer.

We would like you to have experience:

· Previous experience in elderly care.

· Experience in service professions is an advantage.

· Previous experience in areas of responsibility within care: e.g., contact person, hygiene, and palliative representation.
