A large industrial company has recently rolled out a new ERP solution that connects R&D and Finance with procurement operations across multiple brands. Due to a compressed SAP Activate phase, there is now a need to stabilize and strengthen the implemented capabilities – both in the system and in the surrounding work processes.

We are now looking for a senior Project Manager who will take a comprehensive approach to the continued development, process harmonization, and stabilization of procurement capability in the new SAP landscape and its interaction with the legacy environment.

Your Responsibilities

Lead the procurement team consisting of product and process developers as well as experts (SMEs) in indirect material procurement.

Develop a detailed mapping of processes, methods, and work practices in the new SAP environment and in the legacy system (Maximo).

Work closely with IT, R&D, and Finance to build a complete end-to-end process mapping.

Identify and propose changes in processes, system support, roles, and responsibilities to strengthen capability.

Develop an implementation plan for proposed changes and ensure buy-in within Procurement and in the E2E flow.

Expected Deliverables

Complete, documented process mapping of the SAP landscape and legacy environment.

Proposals for improvements in processes, systems, roles, and responsibilities.

Prioritized roadmap/implementation plan with a clear timeline and resource needs.

Established and stabilized working methods for continued capability development.

Your Profile

Senior project management experience from large IT/ERP programs.

Documented experience leading SAP implementation projects.

Deep expertise in Procurement, preferably indirect materials.

Experience from complex, multi-brand/multi-site environments is a plus.

Relevant university education (e.g., project management, industrial economics, business management, or equivalent).

Confident in driving change in cross-functional environments.
