About us

At Aleris BUP in Norrköping, we are in an important phase. We have recently taken over the operations from another actor and are now implementing Aleris' quality system – focusing on accessibility, structure, and evidence. This means both new ways of working and new opportunities. We are now looking for you who are a licensed psychologist with experience in child and adolescent psychiatry – and who wants to help shape an organization where what works in practice also permeates everyday life.

We systematically work to implement methods based on what we know works. We strive to be at the forefront – both in terms of treatment methods, technology, and structures that benefit both patients and employees. 

The role

You will work with assessments, psychotherapies, and evaluations of children and young people – both individually and with parents, families, and in groups. You will contribute to method development and supervision, and become an important voice in a cross-professional team with engaged colleagues and a present manager who provides you with the conditions to succeed.
