Estimator – Nymans Elektriska

The Role of Estimator

In this role, you will work broadly and independently with estimating and bidding work within electrical installations. You will be an important part of a team that currently consists of five estimators, two of whom are currently on leave – and even when everyone is present, there is a need for reinforcement. The tasks vary and include, among other things:

• Estimating electrical installations for both small and large projects
• Material inquiries and compiling cost estimates
• Bidding work and participation in procurements
• Collaboration with project managers and follow-up on ongoing projects
• Drawing management and technical support in bidding processes

Your qualifications as an Estimator

• Approximately 5 years of experience in estimating electrical installations
• Good material knowledge and accustomed to handling drawings
• Experience working in Wikells or Maxikod
• Understanding of business acumen, procurements, and inquiry documents
• Very good knowledge of contract law
• Good computer skills and experience with digital document management
• You are fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Preferred: Experience with Bluebeam
• Preferred: Experience from larger projects

• Self-driven but also a team player who enjoys supporting colleagues
• Structured, organized, and confident in prioritizing when circumstances change
• Communicative and business-oriented with the ability to build trust both internally and externally
