What does the role entail? As a Camping Staff member, you will be the face of First Camp and will have a varied and dynamic everyday life. Your role is multifaceted – you handle everything from check-in and check-out of guests at the reception to simpler maintenance tasks and cleaning. Flexibility and a helpful attitude are essential in this role, as you will support where the need is greatest. With us, everyone at the destination is ready to contribute where needed, and you will be a central part of this collective effort to create a wonderful environment for both guests and colleagues.

Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone with experience in service jobs and customer interaction. If you also have an education in a relevant field, that is a plus, but the most important thing is your attitude and ability to take responsibility. We are looking for a flexible problem solver who is meticulous and structured in their work. As a Camping Staff member, you thrive in a fast-paced environment and find joy in being yourself. You have a positive attitude and enjoy an environment where no day is the same as the last.

We also see that you have a manual B driver's license and can communicate well in Swedish or English to handle instructions and meet our guests in a pleasant and professional manner.

Conditions We are looking for staff for the summer season of 2026 with varying hours (20-40 h/week). Working hours may include early mornings, evenings, and weekends in accordance with the hotel and restaurant union's collective agreement.
