We are now looking for housing support workers for the group home at Borgarfjordsgatan 21b. The employment form is a temporary position with hourly pay. The group home consists of 6 apartments and common areas. We offer training and several benefits.

Your mission

In the role of a housing support worker, you will base your work on the individual needs and wishes of the residents, providing support in daily life from a pedagogical approach. Together with other staff, you will work towards making each day meaningful and enriching. You will support and guide with personal care, meals, medication management, cleaning, community contacts, and communication. An important part of the job is to stimulate and motivate residents to develop their abilities and create opportunities for an active and meaningful leisure time. Your tasks also include documenting and planning based on implementation plans.

The organization is operated by Nytida AB/contracted on behalf of Järva district administration - Stockholm city.

Your experience and knowledge

We assume that you who are applying to us:

• have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people

• are responsible and have personal maturity

• enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues

You have at least a high school education in health and care or another equivalent education.

It is an advantage if you have experience working with the target group.

You have good computer skills and experience in documentation.

Good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form is a requirement.

Otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you have the right qualities, we will provide you with support and the opportunity to grow.
