About us

Sistec AB is a successful company with a clear concept where we validate individuals' identities, ensure their right to work, and assist companies that want to do the right thing while combating fraud in the Swedish labor market. We are now looking for individuals who want to work with us and develop Sistec's operations in Boden and its region.

We have permanent offices in Gothenburg, Malmö, Skellefteå, Boden, Gävle, Kalmar, Linköping, and Stockholm (Solna) and are regularly present in about ten other locations or at customer sites. Daily, we meet clients to review their passports, national ID cards, work and residence permits, and other relevant documents, as well as provide support for foreign contracting in Sweden regarding entry and exit control with subsequent legal requirements and regulations.

The work involves a significant amount of direct customer meetings and through digital incoming support.

The work takes place from a reception with physical meetings or directly at the customer's location.

Job Description

• Conduct thorough identity verification and right to work for individuals in accordance with legal and corporate requirements at Sistec or at the customer, while contributing to relevant internal development.
• Process company and individual-specific applications to various authorities.
• Analyze and review individual and company data.
• Work with customer support, both physically and digitally, for companies and individuals within the framework of Sistec's or the customer's operations.
• Regularly channel and inform internal and external events.
• Follow up and monitor compliance for companies and individuals.
• Follow up on customer relationships and the need for company assistance with services within the framework of Sistec's operations.
• Participate in other parts of the daily operational activities and other compatible operations.

Your personal qualities

To succeed in this role, you need to be structured, have good collaboration skills, and the ability to work independently with an innovative mindset. Flexibility and a lack of pretentiousness are important to thrive and contribute to our rapidly growing organization and collaborative environment.

You should enjoy working in teams as well as on specific assignments or commitments where you carry out the task independently together with the customer.

We expect a certain level of computer literacy, such as Microsoft Office. Additionally, you will receive internal training on the various information and reference databases we work with during your introduction.

Language skills: Good knowledge of Swedish and English is required for internal and external communication in both spoken and written forms. Additional language skills are an advantage.

You will be part of a larger ecosystem, and we place great importance on accuracy and a humble approach to teamwork.

Previous experience in security, service, or government work is considered an advantage.

Other

Document validations are conducted both from our office in Boden and at the customer in the local area as well as in Luleå. Domestic travel in the northern region occurs regularly.

A valid driver's license (B) is required.
