The Municipal Health and Medical Care and Rehabilitation is responsible for healthcare and rehabilitation for the municipality's residents at the primary care level. Here, district nurses, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists work together with nursing assistants, focusing on the care recipient. Our main tasks within Health and Medical Care are to provide care and treatment to individuals who need support and cannot reach their healthcare center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Working as a temporary summer employee with us means that you will work in special housing, LSS, or regular housing.

Regardless of where you work, your overall mission based on your profession is to:

• assess needs, make evaluations, propose, implement, and follow up on care measures.
• be responsible for qualified health and medical care interventions.
• provide advice and supervise nursing staff.

The work requires independence, while you as a licensed professional play an important role in the team around the care recipient.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who:

• is a qualified nurse, district nurse, occupational therapist, or physiotherapist with valid certification, or a nursing assistant with at least five years of experience in acute care, or is studying to become a nurse/physiotherapist/occupational therapist.
• has a valid driver's license (B).
• can communicate clearly, both verbally and in writing, in Swedish.

Previous work experience with individuals with dementia and/or work in elderly care is an advantage.
