Your mission
The municipal rehab team consists of five occupational therapists, four physiotherapists, and one assistive technology technician. We have close collaboration with nurses, care staff, case managers, and more. The municipal health and medical care is responsible for medical interventions, rehabilitation, habilitation, and assistive devices within regular housing, special housing, and short-term care, as well as support and function. You will work with profession-specific assessments and training of daily living activities, assistive device evaluations, writing certificates, and providing guidance and instruction to patients, relatives, and care staff/personal assistants. We offer mentorship to ensure you have the best possible start with us as a new employee. At municipal rehab, we work in bright, beautiful, and well-equipped facilities, including treatment rooms/evaluation rooms, training kitchens, and gyms.

Who you are
You will collaborate closely with various professionals, so we value good teamwork skills and flexibility. You have the ability to take initiative and work independently. Furthermore, you are attentive, communicative, and have a good demeanor. You see challenges in daily work as opportunities for development. We place great importance on personal qualities.

Formal qualifications
- Licensed occupational therapist
- You need to have a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
- A valid B driver's license is required
- Digital identification with Bank ID

Meritorious
It is advantageous if you have experience and/or education related to municipal operations.

Employment
Permanent employment at 100%. The employment may start with a probationary period. The position is filled subject to the necessary decisions being made. The occupational therapist is currently placed at Home Healthcare within the welfare and labor market administration. The immediate supervisor is the unit manager at Preventive Operations.
