  • Drive improvement work related to the internal IP initiative
  • Conduct technical assessments of incoming requests and analyze risks, consequences, and feasibility
  • Coordinate and lead the implementation of changes in existing products, from needs analysis to full implementation
  • Support the Head of Technical Product & Change Management in the development and establishment of effective working methods
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO:
  • Has a university degree in chemistry or engineering with elements of product and process development
  • Has work experience in product development or process development within chemical processes and production
  • Has work experience in project management
  • Can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, as these languages are used in daily work

  • Have a good understanding of statistical methods and concepts for analysis and decision-making in product and process development

We will also place great emphasis on your personal qualities. To succeed in the role, you need to be self-driven and proactive, take your own initiatives, and drive work forward even in unclear situations. You are communicative and socially confident, can collaborate with all parts of the organization, and adapt your communication according to the recipient. The role also requires you to be structured and analytical, able to handle multiple parallel tasks, make well-founded assessments, and make decisions. You are fearless and action-oriented, and have the ability to build strong relationships.
