Job Description

As a nursing assistant/care assistant, you are an important part of the care team and contribute to ensuring that daily life functions as best as possible for patients who need help, support, and care. You collaborate with several professions and participate in treatments and examinations. The tasks vary depending on the workplace and organization, and to match you with the right position, you can specify your preferences in your application.

About You

To work as a nursing assistant/care assistant, you must be a trained nursing assistant. In somatic hospital care, it is, in most units, a requirement to have 200 credits in emergency care and a passed APL for that course. You can also be a nursing or medical student who is approved by the start of employment in semester 3. To provide our patients with good and safe care, it is important that our employees can communicate in Swedish, both spoken and written.

You take responsibility in your work and follow routines, and you continue to develop as you settle into the role.

• Attached certificates from training, licenses, or diplomas. If you do not yet have a diploma, attach a transcript of the courses you have taken (Ladok transcript or high school diploma).
• Indicating the weeks you preliminarily believe you can work during the summer of 2026.
