Operational Customer Coordinator at L&T in Stockholm

About the Role

L&T is on an exciting development journey and is now looking for an operational customer coordinator for our operations in Stockholm. In this role, you will be a key person ensuring that the customer's processes run smoothly – from work orders to invoicing. As a customer coordinator, you have an overall responsibility to coordinate cases, ensure that the work order process is followed, that orders are handled correctly in the system, and reported according to routine.

You will work closely with our technicians and colleagues in the operational business, and be the one who makes everyday life work – the spider in the web in a varied environment where no day is the same. With us, you will work in several different systems, including IFS and Flow.

Qualifications

• High school education
• Several years of experience in administrative work
• Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Good experience working with digital tools and systems

Meritorious

• Experience in the real estate industry
• Office 365
• Experience with IFS
• Work experience in finance
