Personal assistance is an intervention according to LSS (the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons). As a personal assistant, you provide individual support and care to individuals who have been granted personal assistance because they need help with one or more basic needs. Each client is unique, and your tasks vary based on the client's needs. You respect the client's self-determination and privacy, and contribute to making everyday life run smoothly.

About the position

The role of a personal assistant requires a high ability to create good relationships. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is attentive, engaged, and responsible. It is also important that you can take your own initiatives and see what needs to be done.

We are now looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

- wants to work with a woman in her 60s living in Lidingö

- has good knowledge of Swedish

- has experience in care and support

It is also an advantage if you:

- have experience with the progression of Parkinson's disease

- are Arabic-speaking or have knowledge of Arabic

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Working hours, employment rate, and salary:

The current employment form is "As long as the assistance assignment lasts" and the position is approximately 80%. The position involves work during the day, evening, and night, including weekdays and weekends.

Fixed hourly wage according to agreement and other compensations are made according to collective agreements.

Start date

According to agreement.

Being employed at Humana
