We are now looking for a meeting hostess/host for one of our clients in central Stockholm. You will be employed as a consultant at Manpower and rented out to our client. The position is a part-time job for two mornings a week, Wednesdays and Thursdays, with working hours from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. The client has their office in central Stockholm, and the assignment will start on January 12 and will continue throughout the spring.

What does the job entail?

You will work on welcoming and receiving visitors, setting up and clearing away lunches and snacks, ensuring that the meeting rooms are prepared before and after meetings, and making sure the technology works in the rooms. You will also book catering, clean and refill coffee machines, and assist with other office supplies as needed. Administrative tasks include monitoring and responding to emails, handling bookings, printing documents, and providing support to staff and visitors with anything else that may be needed. The department you will work in receives members who come for training.

Skills and Experience

We are looking for someone who has worked in service where you have met people and are used to prioritizing and planning. You should have good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish and English in speaking, writing, and reading comprehension. Attention to detail, engagement, and being attentive are other qualities needed in this role to facilitate your work. Wednesdays and Thursdays are the scheduled working days. We appreciate flexibility as sometimes it may be necessary to change the work shift to another weekday. However, no weekends.

Employment Type

Manpower offers a part-time employment according to collective agreements for this position.
