ABOUT THE POSITION
As a transcriber, you will receive audio files from our clients and convert them into accurate and clear text. The workload varies depending on the client's needs, which means there are no fixed days when you will work. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy working independently and that you are flexible.
To fit the role, you need to be responsible, have good self-discipline, and be able to deliver on time.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Tasks
This role involves systematically converting recorded speech into text, which is crucial for documentation and information dissemination. You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and completeness in all transcriptions.
- Listen carefully to audio and video material
- Convert spoken content into written text with high precision
- Review and edit transcriptions to ensure quality and correctness
- Handle various subject areas and dialects
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Is studying at a university or college at least 50%
- Has at least 1.5 - 2 years left of your studies
- Has advanced knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
- Has good listening skills and can focus for extended periods
- Has basic knowledge of grammar and spelling
- Has previous experience in service professions
It is an advantage if you have:
- Previous experience using transcription
- Previous experience writing longer texts
