We are now looking for a structured and driven Service Leader who will have a central and independent role in our service organization. Your responsibilities with us

• Plan and lead the daily service work
• Ensure that assignments are carried out according to customer agreements, budget, and timelines
• Introduce new employees and follow up on routines and checklists
• Create work orders, plan resources, and provide pricing to customers
• Participate in calculation and tender work and handle invoicing
• Maintain ongoing contact with new and existing customers
• Be a salary-setting manager with personnel responsibility
• Work systematically with workplace safety and employee development
• Ensure high customer satisfaction through follow-up and quality in every assignment

What we value in you

• A structured, communicative, and business-minded approach
• Confidence in leadership with the ability to create order, efficiency, and engagement
• Documented experience in a leadership role, with responsibility for personnel, workflows, and results
• Experience in planning, coordinating, or leadership within service
• Good understanding of finance, follow-up, and customer agreements
• Ability to build trusting and long-term customer relationships
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude
• Experience from technical service operations is a merit but not a requirement
