As a van driver at PostNord, you are irreplaceable. You find the way, and your job is a journey towards climate-neutral freight transport. Transport is essential to reach all of Sweden, and we take responsibility from south to north, from rural areas to cities. We work purposefully to reduce our environmental impact, and you will be an important part of this by being trained in eco-driving. Together, we work towards becoming fossil-free by 2030.

Are you a student or have another job and want to work extra? This is a job for you if you are flexible with shifts that often occur at short notice. You will work between 0 and 39.9% of a full-time position and may be offered shifts during the evening, 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday. We would like you to be available 2-3 days a week. The position starts in week 1 and continues indefinitely. You will be based at Lovartsgatan 3, 652 21 Karlstad.

What You Will Do

• Loading, picking up, and distributing packages.
• Meeting our customers where they are, whether they are agents, private, or business customers.

Who You Are

• Curious and self-driven: A large part of the job is done alone, but teamwork is important.
• Patient & secure: Life on the road is a mix of calm and stress. You maintain balance.
• Organized: Smart packing (think puzzle), preparation, and delivery are key words, as well as order and punctuality. Our customers should be able to count on you and their shipments arriving on time.
• Physically fit: Yes, you are seated while driving, but you need to be able to lift during pickups and deliveries. For this, you need to have good strength and mobility.
• Adaptable: Unplanned situations require flexibility.
• Service-oriented: Customer relationships require the right attitude and feeling.
• You are unique: We place great importance on your personal qualities.

What You Bring

• High school diploma
• Driver's license B and experience driving a car
• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Positive attitude and ability to find solutions
