Your Responsibilities

As a traffic controller, you will work in one of our most varied services. In addition to receiving bookings from customers, you will manage traffic across Värmland together with our shift leader. Our customer group includes the elderly and disabled, so you need to have a genuine interest in service and a desire to help others. We work with real-time customer service, which means you need to work quickly and efficiently while still being thorough. You will also replace the shift leader during their absence regarding daily management in the traffic center and staffing outside office hours. A group manager and schedule planner are available for support during the day.

The position involves varied working hours: day, evening, night, and weekend throughout the year. We use a 5-shift schedule with the following rotation: two morning shifts, two afternoon shifts, two night shifts, followed by time off.

Your Skills and Competencies

We are looking for someone with at least 6 months of experience from a call center booking transport services/medical trips, or equivalent experience in traffic management within transport services/medical trips or other transport sectors such as non-emergency transport, freight, or other comparable activities.

You must be at least 18 years old, have excellent knowledge of Swedish, and be able to converse with customers in English. You also need to have good computer skills and be able to work 5-shifts.

Great importance is placed on personal suitability, and it is important that you are self-driven and have good judgment, being calm and stress-resistant. You have high situational awareness and the ability to maintain focus for extended periods during peak work times. As a traffic controller, you will have contact with customers, healthcare personnel, and drivers, so it is crucial that you are service-oriented and have good collaboration skills.
