About the Position

The work is varied – some days involve physical warehouse work, while other days include a mix of administration in your own office. You will handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, arrival controls, documentation, as well as contact with suppliers and customers. There is also assembly work in our own manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Receiving, picking, and packing goods
• Supplier contacts, both in Swedish and English, as well as some customer contacts
• Warehouse administration and inventory (business system Visma/Spris)
• Assembly work is also included within the team

Qualifications:

• Experience in warehouse work, assembly, and administrative tasks
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with Visma/Spiris or similar business systems
• Good ability to express oneself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
• Good understanding of English, both spoken and written
• Driver's license type B
• Forklift and crane license (stacker and counterbalance forklift)
