About the position

At Linntec, you will work with vacuum excavators, vacuum trucks, jetting vehicles, and sludge suction vehicles. They are now looking for a vehicle electrician who wants to work with everything from service and troubleshooting to advanced new constructions. You will take on both standard assignments and unique customer solutions, as well as participate in relocations and modifications of superstructures to new chassis.

Main responsibilities

• Troubleshooting, repair, and installation of electrical systems in heavy vehicles and superstructures.
• Install and route cables, mount connection components, lighting, sensors, and control systems.
• Be responsible for relocating equipment to new chassis, which means that electrical and control systems must be adapted to the vehicle's new platform.
• Participate in customer adaptations and special solutions – you should be able to interpret customer specifications and contribute technical ideas.
• Document completed electrical work, report, and follow up to ensure quality and functionality.

About youFormal qualifications

• Education as a vehicle electrician 
• Experience in vehicle electronics.
• Good familiarity with interpreting electrical diagrams and drawings.
• Technical interest, attention to detail, and responsibility.
• Enjoys varied tasks and new challenges.
• Driver's license B.

Meritorious

It is an advantage if you have experience with truck superstructures, modifications, or electrical installations in special vehicles. Previous work with customer adaptations and special solutions strengthens your application. Experience working with advanced new constructions and relocating equipment to new chassis is also valuable. Such knowledge helps you quickly adapt to the role and contribute technical ideas that improve our customer solutions.
