Unit Manager for Nursing Home in Helsingborg
Our citizens are important, and with them in focus, you will build long-term relationships with tenants, relatives, and staff so that together you create world-class nursing homes. We continue our investment to enable close leadership and are now looking for new unit managers. The positions involve leading in co-leadership with a unit manager colleague.
About the Workplace
In Helsingborg, there are 19 nursing homes with staff available around the clock. Each nursing home consists of several apartments, and all nursing homes have access to common areas for socializing and meals.

Qualifications
You should have a suitable university degree/bachelor's degree, and we prefer that you have work experience from a leading position within care and support. It is an advantage if you have knowledge/experience of people with cognitive diseases. Since you will work in co-leadership, we place great emphasis on personal suitability.
