Business Area Manager – Gothenburg

Do you want to lead, develop, and drive renovation projects in a medium-sized construction company with short decision-making paths and a strong forward momentum?

We are now looking for a business area manager in construction for our client in Gothenburg. Here you will have a key role with responsibility for further developing the business, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring profitable projects.

About the role

As a business area manager, you will be responsible for driving and developing our operations within renovation projects. The role involves:

• Business development: identifying new business opportunities, building on existing relationships, and creating growth.
• Project management: ensuring quality, profitability, and delivery in projects.
• Leadership: supporting, leading, and developing team members.
• Strategy: contributing to the company's development by translating ideas into practical results.

You will report directly to management and have great freedom to influence and shape your area.

Who are you?
