Job Responsibilities:

The Environmental Leader at Veidekke involves many varied tasks at all stages of projects from bidding, design, and execution in collaboration with various parts of the organization. You will support projects regarding contaminated land, mass management, biotope protection, and water activities. You will manage contact and correspondence within projects with authorities regarding permits and contaminated land. You will be physically present in projects for activities such as sampling and environmental protection rounds.

Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who:

· has an environmental science education or a degree in geology

· has a theoretical background in the environment and wants to apply your knowledge practically

· holds a valid driver's license (B)

Preferred qualifications:

· at least 3 years of experience working with contaminated land and permit work

· experience in writing summary PMs for authority contact

You will join our group of experienced environmental leaders, and there are good opportunities to grow into the role. Personal suitability is highly valued.
