Experienced Site Manager Construction – Gothenburg

Do you want to lead and drive renovation projects in a medium-sized construction company with short decision-making paths and a strong forward momentum?

We are now looking for an experienced site manager in construction to join our team in Gothenburg. Here you will have a central role with responsibility for leading projects from start to finish, building long-term customer relationships, and ensuring quality and profitability in our assignments.

About the role

As a site manager, you will be responsible for renovation projects in Gothenburg and surrounding areas. The role includes:

• Project management: driving construction projects in all phases – from planning to completion.
• Leadership: leading, supporting, and developing skilled workers and subcontractors.
• Quality & finance: ensuring that projects are delivered with high quality, within budget and timeframes.
• Customer contact: building and developing long-term relationships with clients and partners.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Documented experience as a site manager in construction.
• Solid experience with renovation projects.
• The ability to combine operational work on the construction site with a holistic perspective on the project's progress.
• Leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and drive your team.
• Good business acumen and commitment to achieving results.
