As a part-time employee in Valuation & Analysis, you will have the chance to develop your analytical skills and apply your theoretical knowledge in practice. 📌 What you will do!

As a part-time employee in Valuation & Analysis, you will:

• Collect data in connection with property valuations and market analyses
• Prepare decision-making materials and presentation materials for delivery to clients
• Accompany property inspections and assist in how we make assessments and calculations
• Stay updated with current trends in the property sector

🎯 Who we are looking for

For the role, we are looking for someone who is in their 3rd or 4th year of a five-year degree in civil engineering or a bachelor's or master's program in Property and Finance/Property Development/Real Estate and Construction.

It is a big plus if you have previous work experience in administration, customer service, or analytical work, but the most important thing is that you are:

• Curious and engaged: you enjoy solving problems and learning new things
• Structured and meticulous: details are your thing - and we appreciate that!
• Communicative and collaborative: we work together to achieve our goals

📍 Practical details...

• Location: Kungsgatan 57 at our new, state-of-the-art headquarters.
• Scope: On average two days a week – we will find working hours that suit both your and our calendar.
• The team: You will be part of our team of about 15 wonderful colleagues in Valuation & Analysis. In total, we are about 100 people based in the Stockholm office.
