You will be part of a team of three people working with production and material planning. The role requires you to take a broader perspective and see the whole process while being proactive in pressured situations.

Responsibilities

Your focus will be to lead and optimize:

• Project Management: Lead projects within planning and IT to improve the value stream and simplify work.
• Daily Planning: Be responsible for the daily scheduling of customer orders in both the business system and planning calendar.
• Customer Focus: Maintain good customer contact and optimize production capacity.
• Change Management: In consultation with product preparation, plan changes in a timely manner towards production in Uddevalla and towards the end customer.
• Meeting Participation: Participate in planning meetings with customers and internal departments.

Qualifications

You are a positive team player who is self-driven and has good collaboration skills in a cross-functional and multicultural organization. You adapt easily to an environment with significant changes and can engage colleagues in the change process.

Furthermore, you have:

• Experience in production planning with documented knowledge of working with business systems. Knowledge of the ERP-LN business system is an advantage.
• Technical/economic education or equivalent documented work experience.
• Good knowledge of project management, preferably in logistics/planning/IT.
• Good knowledge of LEAN production and Excel.
• Swedish and English proficiency in both spoken and written form.
• Knowledge from the automotive industry is an advantage.
