About the position

As a press brake operator, you will work with shaping and bending sheet metal parts according to drawings and specifications. You are responsible for setting, programming, and monitoring the press brake machine, as well as ensuring that production maintains the right quality and pace. You will closely collaborate with other operators and the production team to create an efficient flow and deliver top-quality products.

Your main tasks

The tasks include:

• Setting up and programming press brake machines according to technical drawings.
• Bending sheet metal parts to the correct dimensions and shapes.
• Checking and measuring the processed products to ensure they meet quality requirements.
• Performing preventive maintenance on machines and ensuring they are in good condition.
• Collaborating with the production team to optimize workflow and minimize deviations.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

• Experience working with press brakes, preferably with machines controlled by CNC systems.
• Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience in measurement technology and accuracy in checking that finished products meet the dimensions.
• The ability to work independently and responsibly.
• A technical interest and a desire to continuously develop your skills in machining.
• It is an advantage if you have experience with different sheet metal thicknesses and materials, as well as an understanding of various bending methods.
