About the Position

We are looking for an experienced machine operator for a modern and growing workshop in Borås. Here you will work with advanced mechanical processing focusing on turning, milling, and bending of metal components.

In this role, you will work practically and technically by setting up, operating, and monitoring machines, reading blueprints, and ensuring that all details meet the highest quality standards. Working hours can be during the day or evening, depending on what suits you and the needs of the business.

Your Main Responsibilities

Turning, milling, and bending of components
Setting up, operating, and monitoring machines
Adjusting and optimizing programs and parameters
Quality control and measurement with workshop measuring equipment
Reading blueprints and documentation
Basic machine maintenance and daily service
Collaboration with production and technicians for problem-solving and improvements
