What you will do
We are looking for staff for several of our factories and departments where tasks and working hours vary depending on the area you work in. We have several different shift patterns and the applicable times vary between different factories. The most common shift patterns are day shifts, evening shifts, two-shift (weekly rotation of day and evening shifts) and night shifts. Common to all factories is that we always work with smart, quality-assured and standardized production solutions – with a focus on people and continuous improvement.
You and your skills
We are looking for someone who has approved grades at the upper secondary level in Swedish/Swedish as a second language a/1, Mathematics a/1, English a/5, Social Studies a/1. You need to thrive in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.
To succeed in the role of production staff in any of our factories, you need to have good communication skills and care about a joyful, inclusive, and motivating work climate. You believe that teamwork is the key to success and create long-term relationships by showing trust, respect, and confidence in your colleagues.
We see that you have a technical interest and enjoy working with your hands. You can take your own initiatives and are motivated by development. We also see that you are responsible and care about always having the right quality in what you do. Punctuality and a strong work ethic are qualities we value in you as your work is often placed on an assembly line in a fast-paced work environment. If you have previous industrial experience or experience from other physically demanding work, this is an advantage.
Our recruitment process
Apply via our recruitment system by attaching your CV and, if you wish, a cover letter. In this recruitment process, we introduce Taira, an AI chatbot. Taira is an artificial intelligence powered by a secure, company-customized language model from MyInterview.
Taira will collect the information you submit and invite you to a short, guided chat and video interview with the bot. During the interview, Taira will ask questions related to the skills required for the position you have applied for, as well as ask you to upload your high school grades. You can start the interview when it suits you, pause it, and resume later. Make sure you have a functioning camera and microphone and a digital copy of your grades ready before you begin. You are also welcome to ask Taira questions during the interview.
Taira will review the transcription of your interview and assess your answers based on the competency requirements stated in the job advertisement. These requirements have been established by our recruiters and form the basis for Taira's summary of the interview. Taira cannot read facial expressions or tone of voice, but all recorded material is shared with our recruiters along with the AI-generated summary. Based on this overall picture, our recruiters make decisions about which candidates move forward in the process. Our goal is to give every applicant a fair chance to be fully evaluated.
This job advertisement is part of a pilot project where we are testing the use of the AI tool Taira as a new step in our recruitment process. The tool serves as support for our recruitment team but makes no decisions on its own – all decisions are reviewed by humans.
