The Sälen Health Center conducts an exciting seasonally varied operation within healthcare, focusing on both planned and acute care. The resident population is approximately 3,600 people, but during peak season, over 120,000 visitors come to the Sälen mountains. The surrounding area has a distinct rural character with long distances and 100 km to the nearest hospital. We have a stable staffing foundation across all personnel categories and maintain good collaboration among ourselves. We continuously work on well-being and workplace environment issues through initiatives such as SAMS. The workforce doubles during the winter season, especially hiring more nurses, doctors, and medical secretaries. In short, this is a stimulating workplace year-round and particularly eventful during the winter season - and there are great opportunities for an active leisure time for those who enjoy forests and mountains.

As a healthcare assistant with us, you are the health center's specialist in sampling. You receive both planned and acute patients. You are also responsible for the health center's medical technical equipment and sterile supplies, among other things. Telephone service (booking) is also included.

Requirements:

• You are a trained healthcare assistant
• You have good command of Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience from similar work

You can work both independently and collaboratively with colleagues.
