About the Water Subsector Wherever people live and spend time, whether in a large city or a rural area, there is a need for infrastructure for drinking water, wastewater, and stormwater. WSP's Water subsector offers a complete range of consulting services in these areas. Our consultants possess comprehensive expertise from overarching investigations in early stages to detailed technical solutions in pipeline and process technology. Our services also include operations and maintenance issues, water and wastewater economics, stormwater and flood investigations, modeling of natural waterways, planning issues, as well as legal and water organization matters.

With our 190 consultants in 22 offices across the country, we are a strong player and dare to call ourselves specialists in water management. Our national subsector actively works with technology development, resource allocation, and knowledge transfer to ensure that both the working environment for our employees and our delivery to clients maintain top quality. Water issues are involved in all major community projects today, and in the future, climate adaptation issues will only become more relevant. Challenges that we at WSP see as having an important advisory role in solving together with our clients. We continue to grow and are now looking for our next pipeline coordinator!

About the Position In the role of pipeline coordinator, you will be part of the Water subsector and a competent and experienced department in Stockholm that works both with the design of water and wastewater pipelines and investigations. We are an open and development-oriented department with about 35 employees, divided into three different groups. We have a high ambition to grow as there are many projects with various technical challenges.

As a pipeline coordinator, you will work on both larger and smaller assignments where you take responsibility for planning, coordination, and ensuring that different interests between various technical areas are managed, meeting everyone's needs. To streamline ground works in the early stages, it is required that pipeline coordination is addressed at the project start.

In addition to the role of technical manager, some participation in market monitoring and tender work, as well as coordination with international colleagues, is included. To support you in your assignments and for your personal development, there is a large number of senior experts and subcontractors in the section.

There are good opportunities to develop within the technical track or towards a role as project manager. Together with your manager, you will plan your own career development annually. Your immediate manager is good at creating a safe environment where one dares to make mistakes, ask questions, and share thoughts, coaching you forward. We have created an environment where employees trust and help each other in their work.

Qualifications As a technical manager pipeline coordinator (LSO), you have at least three years of experience in ground-laid work, and we consider it an advantage if you have also worked with complex assignments.

We prefer that you have a civil or bachelor's degree in engineering, alternatively a vocational degree with a few more years of work experience in the field.

You have worked with design, preferably in Civil 3D. Furthermore, you have been responsible for the development of models and guidance of designers and have experience with assignments in urban environments and infrastructure focusing on pipelines in the ground, both during construction and during the operation of the newly built area. You will have the opportunity to work with international teams, which makes language skills in English advantageous.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and used to taking initiative and great responsibility. We prefer that you are communicative and have an easy time collaborating, as a large part of the work is carried out in cooperation with other consultants and together with our clients. You are involved in driving your assignments from start to finish. You have, for your projects, responsibility for quality, technical, economic, and time frames, coordination with other disciplines, and of course, the client's wishes.

Application Deadline Selection is ongoing, but we wish to receive your application no later than December 22. Welcome with your application!

Contact from recruitment companies, CV and ad sellers is not welcome.
