We are looking for a sub-project manager for signaling for several railway projects within the Eastern Region Investment at the Swedish Transport Administration. 

This is a consulting assignment.  The stationing location is Stockholm.

The position is full-time.

The assignment involves close collaboration with the client, which places high demands on flexibility and teamwork.

The Assignment

The role involves leading and following up on railway projects within the Swedish Transport Administration's Eastern Region Investment with a focus on signaling. You are responsible for feasibility and constructability in all phases of the projects, ensuring that production adheres to technology, economy, time, quality, environment, work environment, and safety, as well as leading site follow-up. The role also includes transferring knowledge to the employees of the Swedish Transport Administration and collaborating with residents, businesses, and contractors in the projects.

Job Responsibilities

Overall responsibility for the implementation and production phase in projects.

Overall responsibility for feasibility and constructability in all phases of the project.

Participate in certain design work and contribute to production technical solutions on site.

Conduct construction management, control, and follow up on technology, economy, time, quality, environment, work environment, and safety.

Prepare documentation for follow-up and forecasts, monitor risks and risk management.

Contribute to good relationships with residents and businesses in the local area.

Ensure that documentation of the contractor's self-control and other controls is reported and preserved in an agreed manner.

Ensure that documentation for the management phase is delivered.

Responsible for ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the laws, regulations, guidelines, ordinances, and internal work instructions that exist.

Requirements (Mandatory)

You must have worked as a sub-project manager for signaling for railway projects in design/production in a busy urban railway environment for the last 10 years. The role must have been held for at least 5 years and during the majority of the working time. Driver's license for passenger car. Ability to express oneself well in Swedish both orally and in writing.

Meritorious 

You have held the role of sub-project manager for signaling in projects that have lasted at least 3 years during the last 10 years and where signaling equipment model 95 has been included.

You have held the role of sub-project manager for signaling in projects that have lasted at least 3 years during the last 10 years and where signaling equipment model Cst has been included.

You have held the role of sub-project manager for signaling in projects that, according to the CSM-RA process, have been assessed as a significant change. The role must have been held for at least 2 years during the last 5 years.
