Bilia's finance function is a Shared Service Center and currently consists of about 60 people, represented in Solna. The ambition of the finance function is to provide the best possible support regarding finance to the entire Bilia.

The position belongs to the finance function, and you report to the accounting manager, but on a daily basis, you work closely with Bilia's property manager and administrative managers in addition to your accounting colleagues. Your placement will be at Bilia's newly built office in Haga Norra, Solna.

• Investment follow-ups/project accounting on Bilia's leased and owned properties.
• Activation of property investments according to K3.
• Administration and analysis regarding investments, lease agreements, etc.
• Accounting responsibility for leased properties in Sweden, calculation of internal rent, budgeting, and billing.
• Budget responsible for property costs in Bilia's operating companies as well as Bilia's property management.
• Follow-up & analysis of property results at month-end closing.
• Assist with documentation for year-end closing, tax calculations, and activations related to property accounting.
• Drive process improvements and efficiencies.

• Master's degree in economics or similar post-secondary education.
• Several years of experience in accounting within the real estate sector.
• You have the ambition to take the step to controller or have already worked in that role for a while.
• It is required that you have good knowledge of component depreciation (K3), property-related VAT, and tax management of investments.
• The work requires that you have very good IT skills and are used to handling large amounts of data, especially in Excel.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and the ability to express yourself well in speech and writing.
