Hagby Ängar is a care home for individuals with dementia. As a care assistant at Hagby Ängar, you will work to create a safe and meaningful everyday life for our care recipients. You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that collaborates across groups to provide care characterized by safety, value, and quality. The work is based on a person-centered approach focusing on the needs and wishes of the care recipients. We are actively reforming our outdoor environment and creating spaces for gardening, nature, and outdoor activities, whether for recreation or engagement. Our environment includes animals such as chickens and dogs.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Our mission is to provide practical assistance to residents and support them in everyday situations based on their individual needs. This includes care, social interaction, activities, meals, clothing care, medication management, and more.

Working as a care assistant with us means working diligently and professionally in collaboration with other team members and in close contact with our clients. It also involves fostering good cooperation with other professionals and relatives.

As a care assistant, you will follow the laws and guidelines that exist, such as the Social Services Act and the Health and Medical Services Act.
