We are looking for a Technical Sales Engineer for an exciting position where you can combine technical knowledge, relationship-building work, and business development. You will work with innovative air purification solutions that create value for customers in the real estate sector. The position is based in Stockholm and involves travel.
As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will work closely with decision-makers such as property owners, technical consultants, ventilation contractors, HVAC engineers, and project managers. You will identify upcoming projects, engage in trust-building dialogues, and guide the customer through the entire process – from the first contact to an implemented and fully functional solution. The role offers a great opportunity to utilize both your technical expertise and your ability to build long-term relationships.
You will step into a role where development, learning, and business benefit go hand in hand. You will have access to internal training, support, and structures that allow you to grow further in your role as a technical salesperson.
We expect you to:
- Post-secondary or academic education in engineering or another relevant field
- Experience in sales, preferably related to technical solutions
- Ability to understand customer needs and drive value-creating dialogues
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in Swedish and English at a professional level
- Structured and results-oriented
- Responsive, relationship-building, and proactive in your customer processes
- Motivated to contribute to both customer and business development
Desirable:
- Knowledge or experience in ventilation, construction project management, or operations and technology
- Experience in complex sales
- Familiarity with writing technical reports
- Experience with CRM systems and collaboration platforms such as MS SharePoint
You will work in a learning and developing environment where you continuously build on your skills and grow in your role. Through support, internal training, and close collaboration with experienced colleagues, you will have a solid platform to strengthen your technical sales skills.
