About the Department

The Medicine Reception in Mölndal receives patients for new and follow-up visits during the day to our various specialists in cardiology, diabetes, internal medicine, and gastroenterology.

The reception also has a research activity. We prioritize good accessibility and a welcoming approach with patients at the center. The reception includes an endoscopy unit where approximately 1400 examinations are performed annually, primarily on an outpatient basis, but also acutely on inpatients, providing a varied and exciting work environment. Our operations are characterized by high quality and a desire to develop.

About You

We are looking for a licensed nurse with several years of experience. If you have previously worked in outpatient care or with gastroenterology/endoscopy, it is an advantage but not a requirement.

To fit into our team, we seek someone who is engaged, flexible, and has a patient-centered approach with a focus on collaboration and quality. You need to be confident in your nursing role, proactive and driven, and have good communication skills with patients, relatives, and other professionals.

You are someone who enjoys medical technology and variety in tasks, balancing between acute and planned care. Furthermore, you are willing to share your knowledge and experiences with other staff and participate in the unit's development work.
