JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As a nursing assistant at the short-term care facility Björkängen, you will perform care, rehabilitation, and service tasks for our users. We work with the individual at the center, and therefore it is important that you have a good user perspective as well as strong collaboration skills and flexibility, as the number of users and the services provided can vary. You will work based on implementation plans and ongoing documentation in our systems, so good computer skills are an asset.

At Björkängen, we have a strong team spirit and close dialogue with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists, so it is important that you are responsible and have good initiative.

Weekend work means that you will work every weekend. Either Friday, Saturday, and Sunday or Saturday, Sunday, and Monday. The hours are variable, and the working time is 27 hours/week. Workplace meetings, operational meetings, and other activities such as training will be scheduled at other times.

The position is a parental leave substitute until September 2026. The short-term care facility is located in Sävsjö.
